In 2017, Playing cornhole was quickly becoming more than just a backyard game — it was becoming a professional sport. Eric Elkin and his friend, Ben, saw an opportunity to improve the game by designing a more competitive cornhole bag. While Eric and Ben got to work on creating one of the best cornhole bags on the market, Creative Arm helped create a new brand called Throw'N BagZ.
We started by creating the name, logo, brand identity and the first set of bags from scratch. The first collection of bags was called the Throw'N BagZ Pro Series. The bags were strategically designed with a one-of-a-kind tri-blend material that has a grippy side for blocking and a slick side for pushing. We created the website, social media accounts, and an etsy page to start selling the bags. The bags were proven to be winners and so we continued to innovate.
Next, we created an even better bag called LEGACY Pro-Series that we unveiled at the ACL National Cornhole Competition in Las Vegas in Spring 2018. ACL approved the bags to be thrown in the competition. Throw'N BagZ received lots of press by being at the competition and were shown on ESPN.
We continued to sponsored players who played around the country and began to have a strong brand presence in the cornhole game industry.
We explored making cornhole boards and helped design Throw'N BagZ's final series of cornhole bags called EVER-GLIDE.
