 Karen helps companies articulate the best, most authentic brand and business strategies so that they can thrive in today’s rapidly changing environment. This requires assessing a host of factors, including company culture, key audience drivers and market forces to generate the appropriate, multi-faceted perspective needed for success. The most important element in Karen’s process is discovering and articulating the essence of people’s emotions and motivations — both inside the company and beyond. 

Karen has more than 30 years of agency experience from previously working at The Martin Agency, Arnold Worldwide, and Siddall Inc., as its President. She has worked with all facets of brand communications, media, and PR for many Fortune 500 companies and non-profits from dozens of industries over the years. She’s most passionate about designing research programs that crystallize emotional, connective insights for creative solutions. Karen’s Master’s of Education has provided the technical training she needs to assess cultures and organizations effectively. Pairing that knowledge with her branding skills, she’s constantly developing new ways to help people in organizations genuinely define their culture and link it to their brand.
