Ambassador of El Salvador to the UK, Dr. Vladimiro P Villalta commisioned Creative Arm to create a website. What ensued was an epic in proportions of flexibility of rendering, accessibility, functionality and beauty. Of interesting note, on our appointment, the Embassy was one of the first users of a new microblogging service “Twitter”.
